A home sleep study is a simple, comfortable way to evaluate your sleep without spending the night in a lab. The process involves wearing a small device that tracks how your body functions while you sleep , including your breathing, oxygen levels, heart rate, and body movements.

The data collected provides a clear picture of your sleep patterns and helps identify potential issues such as sleep apnea or other sleep-related disorders. After the study, a sleep specialist reviews your results to determine if treatment may be needed.

The NeuroSleep home sleep study costs $220 USD. If a provider consultation is required, an additional fee of $50 applies. This option is significantly more affordable than traditional in-lab sleep studies, which can cost $650 or more, not including the provider consultation.

NeuroSleep requires an order from your healthcare provider. However, if you do not have a provider, we can connect you with one of our partnered clinicians for a brief virtual consultation for an additional $50.

Proceed with your normal daily activities, but avoid the following:

• Alcoholic beverages

• Caffeinated drinks (including regular and decaffeinated coffee)

• Any medications your doctor advises you to pause before the test

• Late afternoon naps

• Sedatives
